Cancellation Policy

 

The Florida Bankers Association (FBA) hosts a wide variety of educational and leadership events throughout the year and understands that there may be times where members cannot attend an event after registering. The following provides important information concerning requests for substitution of another person or a refund of fees:

Substitutions

The FBA strongly encourages our members to send a substitution in the place of an attendee to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. There is no charge to substitute an attendee and the FBA accepts substitutions up until the day of the event. Simply contact the FBA at (850) 224-2265 with the substitution information.

Refunds

Below is the refund policy in the event an attendee cannot be substituted:
       • Cancellations prior to four (4) weeks will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
       • Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to the event will be refunded minus a 25% processing fee.
       • There are no refunds or credits for cancellations within two (2) weeks of an FBA event.
