Do you sometimes feel in over your head? Do you have what you need to lead? How does your mindset impact your leadership?  Capability, competence and consciousness are foundational to dealing with today’s dynamic leadership environment.  VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) has fundamentally redefined what is required to lead well. Learn what cutting edge research has to say about why some leaders succeed and others don’t. (hint:  it’s not just about skills and knowledge)  Consider exciting new ways to transform your own leadership from the inside out by connecting healthy habits of thought with powerful patters of action.

Participants will gain insight into the opportunities for leadership; explore ways to improve quality dialogue about the opportunities; self-assess their own areas of strength and opportunity; and prepare to develop an action plan for their own career development.
