This program focuses on the correct methods for opening and maintaining non personal accounts. It explains the “what”, “when” and “why” of fiduciary and business accounts – relationships that usually require more than just a signature card to open and more than the decision of an individual to change. New BSA examination procedures place increased emphasis on “tiered” CIP programs and “customer due diligence”. Program content addresses when banks should consider implementing such changes and on what customers.
