Must be registered as an attendee to purchase Closing Dinner tickets.
Advance registration closes: May 23, 2025 Registrations after that date can be done at the on-site Registration Desk in Naples starting on Monday, June 9th. * All spouse/guest/children attending any FBA social functions at the Annual Meeting are required to register. Events included in the family registration rate are the Welcome Reception, Silent Auction, breakfasts and breaks. * This registration fee DOES NOT include a ticket to the Wednesday evening Closing Dinner |

Cancellation Policy
The Florida Bankers Association (FBA) hosts a wide variety of educational and leadership events throughout the year and understands there may be times when members cannot attend an event after registering. The following provides important information concerning requests for the substitution of another person or a refund of fees:
Substitutions: The FBA strongly encourages our members to send a substitution in the place of an attendee to avoid incurring cancellation fees. There is no charge to substitute an attendee, and the FBA accepts substitutions up until the day of the event. Simply contact the FBA at (850) 224-2265 with the substitution information.
Refunds: Below is the refund policy in the event an attendee cannot be substituted:
• Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to the event will be refunded minus a 25% processing fee.
• There are no refunds or credits for cancellations within two (2) weeks of an FBA event.
