The FBA Board of Directors is comprised of FBA leadership positions and 33 directors representing banks of varying sizes with headquarters or locations in Florida. FBA leadership consists of a Chair, Chair-elect, Past Chair, Second Immediate Past Chair and, on occasion, Chair-elect-elect.
The Board also includes the Trust Division Chair, BancServ Chair, Florida Bankers Education Foundation Chair and Tier Chairs. The 33 directors are elected from three tiers with 11 directors each; directors are eligible to serve two, two-year terms.
