The Florida Bankers Association offers an FBHC Membership option for certain organizations seeking access to the FBA medical insurance program, known as FBHC, for their employees. Eligible industries must fall into certain Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes and meet other FBHC program requirements. The cost of FBHC membership is $950.00 annually for a January 1-December 31 term and membership benefits are limited to FBHC access. Your company might already have a membership. Please check before filling out the online application: MEMBER LOOKUP
If you find your company on the look-up and need to create an account for yourself as an individual to register for an event or access the Members Only Portal, click HERE.
STEP 2: Your application will be reviewed. You will be notified if your company is approved or if it does not qualify for FBHC Membership as soon as possible.
STEP 3: If your company is approved, you will receive an email with a link to pay dues online via credit card or an invoice to mail in a check.
STEP 4: Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email along with access to the Members Only Portal.
