Future Bankers & Financial Professionals Camp

​Future Bankers Camp introduces low- to moderate-income (LMI) high school students to careers in banking and financial services through interactive workshops and industry-led sessions. The program builds financial knowledge, leadership skills, and clear pathways toward internships and future employment opportunities.

The Future Bankers & Financial Professionals Camp (FB&FPC) is a focused, four-week summer program that combines virtual classroom learning with in-person, hands-on career exploration at financial institutions. Active across multiple states, the program prepares high school students, primarily from low- to moderate-income households, for successful careers in the financial services industry.

Program Structure:

• Weeks 1–2: Virtual Sessions covering banking basics, financial literacy, and workplace skills.
• Weeks 3–4: In-person Internship and career exploration placements where students gain real-world experience, shadow professionals, and explore financial services careers.
• Student Benefits: Paid stipend, ABA Bank Teller Certificate, networking opportunities and potential college credit.
