Does Your Institution Offer Internships in Florida?

​The Florida Bankers Association (FBA), in collaboration with New Edge Associates, is proud to introduce a new member service — the FBA Bank Internship Directory!

This online portal connects students eager to start their banking careers with internship opportunities at banks in Florida. It’s part of FBA’s ongoing effort to draw, retain, and train the future banking workforce through initiatives like Bank on Your Future, which brings bankers into college classrooms to showcase the diverse and rewarding career paths available in Florida banking.

Through these conversations, students consistently express interest in internships — and now, they have a single place to find them.

How it works

• Banks: FBA member institutions can post internship opportunities directly to the directory. 
• Students: College students create a login, upload their resume, and explore available internships across banks in Florida.
• Connections: Even if your bank doesn’t currently have openings, you can share the portal with interested students to help them find their way into banking in Florida.

We’re excited to see the impact this initiative is already making — helping students launch their banking careers and strengthening Florida’s banking community for the future.
