The Florida Bankers Association (FBA) hosts the Trust & Wealth Management School and the Florida School of Banking on an annual basis.
FBA strongly encourages substitutions in place of cancellations to avoid fees.

• Substitutions: There is no charge for substitutions, and they are accepted up until the day of the event.
• To make a substitution, please contact the FBA at (850) 224-2265 or email the school registrar at [email protected] with the updated attendee information.

In the event of an emergency where a substitution is not possible, the FBA may issue a credit to the paying institution for use at the same school the following year, upon written request.

• If approved, the credit will equal the registration amount paid, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
• Any credit issued will be confirmed in writing to the paying institution.
• Credits are issued to the institution, not the individual student.
• The credit must be applied to the next scheduled offering of the same school.
• At the time of registration for the next session, the institution must contact the FBA registrar (Olga Williams, [email protected]) for instructions on how to register and apply the credit.
• Any increase in tuition fees from the prior year will be the responsibility of the institution.

​Refunds: Below is the refund policy in the event an attendee cannot be substituted or a credit is not desired:
       • Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to the event will be refunded minus a 25% processing fee.
       • There are no refunds for cancellations within two (2) weeks of an FBA event.
