• Changes to the FBA Bylaws approved by the Board of Directors
• FBA Chair-Elect for 2025-2026
• 2025-2026 Board of Directors representing your tier (size) of institution

 
Please review the following related to the Bylaws Changes before casting your votes:

1. Memo on Proposed Bylaws:  This 3-page memo provides the reason for the bylaws changes, the process undertaken to develop the new bylaws, and the substantive differences between the old and proposed bylaws.
2. Proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws: While the proposed bylaws are structured in a new way, this document shows substantive inserts in red and substantive deletions in red strikethrough so you can more clearly see what is being changed.  Once approved by the membership, these would be the new bylaws.
3. Please contact Kathy Kraninger if you have any questions regarding the bylaws changes.
