The Florida Bankers Association (FBA) hosts a wide variety of educational and leadership events throughout the year and understands there may be times when members cannot attend an event after registering. The following provides important information concerning requests for the substitution of another person or a refund of fees:
Substitutions We encourage members to send a substitute attendee to avoid cancellation fees. Substitutions are free and accepted up until the day of the event. Simply email the event registrar with the substitute's information.
Refunds If you cannot send a substitute:

- More than 4 weeks before the event: Full refund
- 2-4 weeks before the event: Refund minus 25% processing fee
- Less than 2 weeks before the event: No refunds or credits
