The Florida Bankers Association (FBA) hosts a wide variety of educational and leadership events throughout the year and understands there may be times when members cannot attend an event after registering. The following provides important information concerning requests for the substitution of another person or a refund of fees:
Substitutions: The FBA strongly encourages our members to send a substitution in the place of an attendee to avoid incurring cancellation fees. There is no charge to substitute an attendee, and the FBA accepts substitutions up until the day of the event. Simply contact the FBA at (850) 224-2265 with the substitution information.
Refunds: Below is the refund policy in the event an attendee cannot be substituted: • Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to the event will be refunded minus a 25% processing fee. • There are no refunds or credits for cancellations within two (2) weeks of an FBA event.
