STEP 1: Check to see if you already have an account

Please check to see if you are already in our system before requesting an account.
Click the blue button below, enter your email address and then click the "Request Password Reset Link" button.

• If you are not in the database, a message (in red) will display that reads: "a user with that email was not found" and it is safe to proceed to Step 2.
• If you are in the database, a message (in green) will display that reads: "please check your email to reset your password". You will receive an email and can then reset it on your own to log-in to the portal.​

STEP 2: FBA Members Only Portal Account Request

Employees of Member organizations (Bank, Trust, Associate and Endorsed Partners) can apply for an account to access the FBA's Members Only Portal. Our membership team will review your request, and if you are an employee with one of our member organizations (Bank, Trust, Associate or Endorsed Partner), you will receive access. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
