Join the HR Email Group The HR Email Group is a great way to interact with other HR bankers across the state of Florida. The process works as a group "reply-all" where you email your HR-related question and other bankers will reply if they have any insight on your question (i.e. what is your policy on open-toed shoes, are you closing for the storm, do you have a no cell-phone tolerance policy, etc.).
Simply sign up by clicking here and clicking on "Apply for Membership". We will review your submission and approve your account within 1-2 business days.
HR Hotline If you are an HR banking professional who specializes in employee relations, you know that human resources mistakes can be costly and time-consuming. This is an instant source of advice from employment attorneys, and it's free to members of the Florida Bankers Association. While the Florida Bankers Association has carefully selected Akerman to assist you with any questions when you contact the Hotline. The hiring of lawyers is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements or involvement with the Florida Bankers Hotline. Before you decide to use the Florida Banker's Hotline attorneys for any services beyond those provided by the Hotline, please ask them to send you a free written information about their qualifications and experience to further help you make your decision.
