Title: Generational Differences 

​​Jennifer Duffy has 20 years of Human Resource experience as both Generalist and Executive. She has spent my career helping Pennsylvania businesses improve Company Culture, strengthen Employee Relations, improve overall Safety and become 100% compliant with local, state and federal laws. Jennifer has successfully built relationships with both line staff and management to maintain a happier and successful business environment. She is well versed in all aspects of the Human Resource field from training and development to benefit plan design and execution to disciplinary issues and litigation. I have significant experience in strategic operations as well including budgeting and forecasting. Current SPHR and SHRM-SP certifications as well as advanced skills with many HRIS systems and all Microsoft Office programs.

Jennifer will give a comprehensive presentation that sheds light on the evolving workplace dynamics with the emergence of Gen Z and the departure of The Greatest Generation. In this professional and concise session, we delve into the unique characteristics and perspectives of today's new generations of staff. We explore effective strategies for collaboration and fostering a cohesive work environment, including the invaluable concept of cross-generational mentoring.

Emily Headley is an exercise physiologist, registered yoga teacher, and certified nutrition coach from Orlando, FL.  She obtained her Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and is credentialed through the American College of Sports Medicine, Yoga Alliance, and National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Emily enjoys working with chronic disease      prevention and intervention through community education, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle behavior counseling, and exercise prescription. She prides herself on working with diverse groups of clients to help them reach their health goals through evidence-based interventions, while taking their unique considerations into account.

She has been with Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value since 2012.  Ashley is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all healthcare cost and quality data collection, analysis, and dissemination activities for employer/purchaser strategies, research projects, and payment reform initiatives. Ashley leads all Florida activities with The Leapfrog Group in the              organization's role as Regional Leader in the state. 

Attendees will learn about news measures that have been added to the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Survey. They will also be introduced to the Ambulatory Surgery Center survey.

Rahul N. Mehra, M.D. is the creator and founder of Emotional Vaccines®, a library of videos available through subscription and licensing. By, training, Dr. Mehra is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. He has been in practice for over 30 years in the Tampa Bay area and Upstate South Carolina.

Brandan Bottom
Task Force Officer, FBI Orlando 
Title: Bank Robberies: Offender, victims and current trends; a law enforcement perspective 


TFO Bottom is a 19yr officer with the Orlando Police Department who has been assigned full time as a Task Force Officer with the       FBI for the last 11 years.  TFO Bottom spent 10 years responding to and investigating bank robberies in Central Florida from 2013-       2023 and is currently assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force. 

​
The presentation will focus on the lessons law enforcement has learned from past robberies.  Addressing a bank employee's role before, during and after a robbery incident.
