Can I see the questions that I've missed on my exam or Home Study Problem (HSP)?
Each school has a policy in place where we are unable to release the missed questions or answers to protect the privacy of the exams and HSP assignments. We recommend that you review the HSP or exam with your mentor or instructor if there were any questions that you did not understand or stumped on.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the schools?
Florida School of Banking: We recommend bringing an additional legal pad for notes. Materials are in digital format and will be shared prior to the school.
Florida Trust & Wealth Management School: In addition to a legal pad for notes, if you own a Florida Probate Code book, it may helpful to bring along as some students in the past found it useful. We recommend bringing an additional legal pad for notes. Materials are in digital format and will be shared prior to the school.
What is the attire during the school week?
We suggest wearing business casual attire but you will be in a classroom-style environment throughout the week so dress comfortably, except for the Florida School of Banking graduation where seniors are required to wear business formal attire. Don't forget to bring a sweater or jacket as it typically gets pretty chilly in the classrooms.
If I submit my HSP assignment early, do I get my grade earlier?
Unfortunately no. We grade the HSP assignments once all the assignments are turned in by your classmates but by having them turned in early, you do not have to worry about receiving a late penalty.
When do I get my grades back for exams or HSPs?
You will receive an email once the grades are posted to the Online Student Portal, but grades will typically be posted within two weeks of the exam or HSP due date. Hand-graded assignments typically take within 4-6 weeks after the due date. Until then, you will see a 0 where the grade should be.
How can I see my grades?
FBA Members can access grades via the FBA member portal. Non-Members receive grades via email.
Please note: Your final grade average will be lower throughout the year as it is calculating zeros for assignments that have not been graded yet.

At the completion of your final year at the school, we will mail you an official transcript letter with your grades to the address you listed on your application. Should you need an additional copy for your employment records, you may request a letter by contacting us.
