FBA’s Trust Legislative Committee (TLC) was established to advise the association on the specialized area of trust and wealth management.  Alongside FBA’s Trust Executive Committee, TLC assists in determining FBA’s legislative agenda and policy positions on important issues involving the industry. Committee members are responsible for reviewing and advising the group’s dedicated advocate on various issues. Participants also advocate on behalf of the division through attending various industry meetings and fostering relationships with state and federal elected officials.
