Vendor Participation Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the FBA’s upcoming Annual Meeting. Due to the hotel’s Covid19 protocols and necessity for additional space to allow for adequate social distancing, they are not able to accommodate our traditional Tradeshow. We are excited to offer seven table top display spaces and six TED Talk speaking slots, in addition to numerous sponsorships. 

Sponsorships
​All Annual Meeting sponsorship levels receive the following benefits:

• Your logo will be displayed on the Annual Meeting website
• Product/Service marketing brochure may be inserted into registration packet envelope
• Signage/appropriate recognition on the item or at the sponsored event
• Registration mailing list in Excel three weeks before the Conference
• Recognition in the post-conference Florida Banking Magazine
• Identification as Sponsor on Conference badge
• If your sponsorship amount reaches the Patron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond level – you will receive complimentary registrations (see prospectus)

Monday, June 14th - Wednesday, June 16th

• 7 Available / $5,000 each
• Includes 2 complimentary registrations
• Located in the General Session Ballroom with the following scheduled events:
  • Monday: Rap with the Regulators
  • Tuesday: Breakfast with TED, General Session, Lunch & Business Session
  • Wednesday: General Session, Luncheon with Keynote
• Set-up: June 14th from 10am – 3:00pm / Tear-down: June 16th at 1:30pm

​TED Talk Speaker (SOLD OUT)
During breakfast on Tuesday, June 15th

• 6 slots available / $3,500 each
• Speak for 5 minutes during breakfast
• Includes complimentary registration for speaker​
• Your logo will be displayed on the Annual Meeting website

• Registration mailing list in Excel three weeks before the Conference
